    Very good

Good location. In the evening in the restaurant there was very good cuisine and nice staff

Breakfast was very poor. A slice of toast and who wanted more had to address the staff. One egg or part of the English breakfast costs extra. Bowls for yoghurt were not available and food was very slowly refilled.

    Perfect

Very courteous staff. Great furnishings. Comfortable bed.

No air conditioning, it was a little warm in the room.

    Very good

The hotel was friendly, efficient and worked well. Its facilities are good and design pleasing.

I am afraid the outer windows of my room (they were double glazed) were extremely dirty and spoiled the view. My other criticism would be that Radio 2 was played in the Brasserie throughout breakfast. The incessant chattering of Chris Evans and guests is very annoying when you are trying to read a newspaper or arrange your thoughts for the day. I don't think radio is appropriate in such a setting. Selected background music - if anything - would be more acceptable.

    Perfect

i loved this hotel and definately would stay again,,location was brilliant, staff where so helpful, the room was lovely too,as for belfast itself, its a beautiful city with warm friendly people :)

    Perfect

The hotels location was excellent for my reason to visit Belfast. All the staff were very helpful & informative when required.

I think there should be some notification about whether a room is located on the front of the building to those overlooking the rear where there is a loading bay & bins. Paying full price for the latter seems unfair. I was a little diappointed with this although would not have asked to be moved as there had already been a problem with my booking.

    Perfect

The staff in Belfast was extremely polite and helpful. The food was the best we have eaten in any hotel. We strongly recommend this hotel for business and pleasure to Belfast. The new shopping mall, Victoria Square is walking distance to the hotel.

    Very good

decor was beautiful, very luxurious, nice and central.,

    Great

The hotel was very different to the usual cold and boring experience found in most other hotels. It had a real boutique style feeling to it. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was excellent. Good value for money too.

We had trouble connecting to the internet in our room. The problem could not be fixed because there was no technical staff present on weekends. However, the staff were very accomodating and even let us use a free room across the hall at our convenience.

    Very good

staff were very friendly and helpful, very central to shopping and odyssey arena, which was our main reason for trip. rooms clean and comfortable. all in all, a pleasant stay.

a bit overpriced, nothing exceptional about about the rooms. was going to be charged for breakfast even tho it was included in the price at time of booking.

    Perfect

The staff were so helpful and the location is so central to walk to the Odessy or Waterfront etc. Food was amazing as usual.

Wine and drinks generally were over priced!

    Great

The staff were very friendly and the dinner was excellent! Will definitely be back!

Anytime the room above moved there was a loud noise in our room

  • 9.2
    Perfect

The close situation to Belfast city.

No car parking facilities available other than those away from the hotel itself.

  • 8.2
    Great

The staff - they couldn't do enough for us and were helpful with anything we asked for. The rooms are also really nice and comfortable. The cocktails were amazing and the breakfast was excellent.

    The weather!
